1. How much does the custom skin cost?
The skin is $1600L including the demo. When you pick up your skin, you will purchase the demo first ($100L) and then the full skin ($1500L).
2. Why isn't the demo free?
Since each demo is created by hand, just as the full skin is, we implemented this cost to avoid having to create 9 billion demos from non-serious buyers. The cost of the demo is $100L (non refundable) and the full skin is priced with this cost in mind. There are free demos of each skin tone and numerous facial features located in the Soda Main Store.
3. Why aren't all the makeups available for all eye shapes?
Some eye makeups don't look as good on some eye shapes. So they have been filtered to the specific shapes. The same is true for some lip colors.
4. I have a suggestion for a feature you should add, can I email it to you?

5. Where can I see what the skin colors look like?
Skin color demos are available in the Soda Main Store for free.
6. I purchased the demo but I want to make some changes, what do I do?
You must repeat the order process at sodaskins.com. Sorry, but at this time we can not offer refunds on demos.
7. How long after I order will my skin be ready?
Processing time is 3-5 days. This could vary depending on the volume of orders, so you may get it sooner.
